Dubai Marina

Dubai Marina Dubai Marina is the newest district in Dubai and has become one of the key areas for tourists accommodation. With an area extending over 4 km2, the artificial canal city has been build along a 3 km stretch of shoreline. The marina is entirely man-made and has been developed to accommodate over 120,000 people in residential towers and villas in luxurious surroundings. The district is home to some of the city’s newest and most fascinating buildings and attractions where visitors can relax by simply walking around it. The restaurants, cafes and shops along the waterfront create a comfort and luxury atmosphere which is particularly impressive at night.

Buildings and towers

The area contains some of the world’s tallest residential only tower including the world’s tallest Princess Tower (413 m) and over 200 high rise buildings with hights ranging from 250 meters to 300 meters including the Infinity Tower, Ocean Heights, marina Pinnacle, Sulaf Tower. There are also a few buildings surpassing 300 meters including The Marina Torch (336 m), DAMAC Residenze (335 m), Elite Residence(380 m), 23 Marina (392 m), Marina 101 (426 m), Pentominium (515 m). The spectacular buildings make the Dubai Marina night view impressive.

Tallest skyscrapers in Dubai Marina

  • The Pentominium is a 122-storey skyscraper under construction in Dubai Marina with a height of 515.95 m and the tallest floor at 468 m. When completed it will be the tallest all-residential building in the world. Website:
